These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ts7777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator"). 4.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on ts7777 at any time. Duplicate accounts — identified by shared personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods or any other identifying factor — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ts7777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to withhold any balances or winnings pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

4.4 Account Closure by User

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting ts7777 customer support. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sports betting rules. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you subject to the completion of applicable KYC requirements and the Operator's standard withdrawal procedures.

5.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes requested by the Operator may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities, the restriction of account features or the closure of the Account. ts7777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice before implementing such restrictions.

All financial transactions on ts7777 are subject to the following general conditions. Players should always verify current payment method availability, minimum and maximum limits, and applicable fees directly within the cashier at the time of transaction, as these details may be subject to change.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods that are registered in your own name. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

• Detection of multiple Accounts held by the same individual.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, ts7777 will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension within a reasonable timeframe. • Any losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game information or promotional details that were subject to a technical error.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Where ts7777's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
